8 Weeks Pregnant...
Pregnancy week eight is time for your second sonogram, and you should definitely be able to see your baby's heart beating now. Week eight can include some of the worst morning sickness yet, but as first trimester winds down, so should the nausea. By now, your baby is really using his bean - his brain is developing connections and, speaking of beans, he is now about the size of a kidney bean. His genitals have begun to form, but even the sonogram won't be able to see them, so you'll have to wait to discover whether he or she is, well, a he or a she!
