29 Weeks Pregnant...

Welcome to week 29 of pregnancy! In the third trimester, your baby will grow from a two-pound fetus into a full-size baby. Your baby needs a lot of nutrients now - calcium, in particular, to help harden his skeleton. Also, that baby brain is still making headway, so eating nutritious food is still vital for the both of you. It is around this time that you'll form your birthing plan - including starting Lamaze classes and making preparations to store cord blood.
